This *FORM is meant for ^EXISTING customers to specify instructions for:

  1. Fixed Deposit Renewal (Principal + Interest)
  2. Fixed Deposit (FD) & Golden 55 Plus (G55 Plus) Fixed Deposit Renewal (Principal + Interest) with top-up of funds via PayNow

Please note the following before submission of the Form:-

  1. Kindly verify if there is any FD Promotion available for the requested tenure for renewal of FD.
  2. The current promotional rates will apply for the specific tenure requested, subject to availability and eligibility on the FD maturity.   
  3. The renewed FD Advice will be sent to your mailing address in our records.
  4. Terms and Conditions apply.
