How to activate or revise your CPF Saving usage for servicing housing loan?
You can activate or revise CPF Saving usage through CPF website using Singpass.
Simply follow these steps:
- Visit CPF Portal
- Go to "Tools and Services"
- Click "Forms and E-applications"
- Under Home ownership, "Manage CPF usage for your home"
- Click "Apply Online"
- Login with Singpass
- Select the address of the property for which CPF savings will be used under Property Details and click Next
- Select Commence Monthly Instalment/Revise Monthly Instalment then click Next
- On the next page, click Start and complete the following:
- Select Financier: HONG LEONG FINANCE LIMITED
- Select Effective From from the dropdown list
- Input New monthly instalment amount (Please submit exact monthly instalment amount)
- Read the Terms & Conditions and select the checkbox to provide your Declaration, click Next
- Confirm that the information you have provided is correct and click Submit
