PayNow is for transferring funds from other banks to Hong Leong Finance and it is acceptable for the following transactions.

Use PayNow for Deposit with and Loan Payment to Hong Leong Finance

You may deposit or pay your loan by using one of the following easy methods:

Method 1 - Scan and Pay

Step 1

Customer to select Scan & Pay from his bank’s mobile app.

Step 2

Scan the Hong Leong Finance SGQR code with the app.

Step 3

Verify that HLF UEN is pre‑filled as 196100003D001 and you are paying to Hong Leong Finance Limited. Enter the amount to deposit/pay and HLF Account/Agreement Number without any special characters/Vehicle Number in the reference number/description field and submit.

Method 2 - Input UEN and Pay

Step 1

Customer to select PayNow from his bank’s mobile app and pay via UEN.

Step 2

Enter HLF UEN as 196100003D001, the amount to deposit/pay and HLF Account/Agreement Number without any special characters/Vehicle Number in the reference number/description field.

Step 3

Verify payee information before submission.

Notes

For Loan payment made after 4.30pm on a weekday or on a Saturday, Sunday or Public Holiday, the payment will be credited into your loan account on the next working day.
For Deposit transfer made after 2.30pm on a weekday or on a Saturday, Sunday or Public Holiday, the deposit will be credited into your deposit account on the next working day.
Deposit voucher will not be issued for incoming funds via PayNow with effect from 1 October 2024. Download HLF Digital now to access your transaction history.
Payment is received on a "Without Prejudice" basis if the loan account is in default.
Deposit/Payment made without a valid Account Number, Agreement Number or Vehicle Number in Reference Number field will be rejected. Applicable charges/interests may be imposed on the loan account and HLF will not be liable on the interest earned on the deposit.
Deposit/Payment made from a bank account that is not in the name of the Depositor or Borrower/Hirer may be rejected at our absolute discretion.
Please note that different bank mobile apps will have differing interface for inputs.
