Eligibility
- Business entity that is registered and operating in Singapore
- Minimum 30% local shareholdings (Singaporean or Singapore PRs)
- Group's annual turnover not exceeding S$100 million or group's employment size not more than 200
- Ultimate group’s annual turnover not exceeding S$500 million
